1. The app
UdhariPlus is a personal ledger app built with Flutter, intended to help you track money lent and borrowed between yourself and other people. It is provided as a personal record-keeping tool, not a payments, lending, or financial-advisory service.
2. Your data, your responsibility
All entries you create — customers, amounts, notes — are stored locally on your device using SQLite. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for backing up your device if you want to preserve that data long-term. We are not able to recover data lost due to uninstalling the app, switching devices, or device damage.
3. Contacts permission
If you grant contacts access, UdhariPlus uses the flutter_contacts package only to help you select a name and number when adding a customer. You may decline this permission and add customers manually instead.
4. No financial liability
UdhariPlus does not process payments, transfer money, or verify the accuracy of any transaction you log. Any dispute about an amount owed between you and another person is between you and that person — the app is a record, not a settlement mechanism.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use UdhariPlus for any unlawful purpose, including using the app's records to facilitate illegal lending practices or to harass another individual over a recorded debt.
6. Changes to the app
We may update, change, or discontinue features of UdhariPlus over time. We'll aim to communicate major changes, particularly any that affect how your data is stored.
7. Limitation of liability
UdhariPlus is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including data loss or inaccurate record-keeping.
