What UdhariPlus stores
UdhariPlus is built with Flutter and stores all of your data — customers, entries, amounts, and notes — in a local SQLite database directly on your phone. We do not operate a server, and your khata is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere by us.
Contacts access
UdhariPlus uses the flutter_contacts package to read your device's contact list. This is used for one purpose only: letting you pick an existing contact's name and number when adding a new customer, instead of typing it manually. Contact data is read on-device and is never copied to any external server.
Data you enter manually
If you choose to add a customer manually instead of importing from contacts, that name, number, and every transaction note you write is stored only in the app's local database on your device.
What we don't do
- We don't collect analytics or usage data tied to your identity.
- We don't sell or share your khata data with anyone.
- We don't require an account, login, or internet connection to use the app.
Permissions
The only runtime permission UdhariPlus requests is Contacts, used as described above. You can deny this permission and still use the app by adding customers manually.
Data on uninstall
Because all data lives in local storage on your device, uninstalling UdhariPlus permanently deletes your khata along with it. We recommend exporting or backing up important records before uninstalling, if that feature is available in your app version.
